We are seeking a dynamic and driven Associate to join our Human Resources team.

In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to work closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development to assist and support in HR-related functions of the assigned business division.

Assist with onboarding activities, introducing new joiners to NTUC Health's goal, care philosophy and values, as well as the learning opportunities available in NH.
Analyse the Learning and Development needs of NH, with the aim to identify L&D gaps within NH and/or elevate the skills and capabilities of staff.
Coordinate the training programmes including liaising with training vendors, hiring managers and attendees to ensure the training needs of the business are met
Support in gathering data to report and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programmes.
Assist with the implementation of Talent Management strategies and succession planning, with the objective of building a pipeline of talent supply to meet NH's current and future organisational needs.

Qualifications:

Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business related qualification.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Good written and verbal communication
Good interpersonal skills
Detailoriented with strong organisational and analytical skills
Familiar with Google workspace collaborative tools
