We are seeking a dynamic and driven Associate to join our Human Resources team.

In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to work closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development to assist and support in HR-related functions of the assigned business division.


  • Assist with onboarding activities, introducing new joiners to NTUC Health's goal, care philosophy and values, as well as the learning opportunities available in NH.
  • Analyse the Learning and Development needs of NH, with the aim to identify L&D gaps within NH and/or elevate the skills and capabilities of staff.
  • Coordinate the training programmes including liaising with training vendors, hiring managers and attendees to ensure the training needs of the business are met
  • Support in gathering data to report and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programmes.
  • Assist with the implementation of Talent Management strategies and succession planning, with the objective of building a pipeline of talent supply to meet NH's current and future organisational needs.

Qualifications:


  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business related qualification.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Good written and verbal communication
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Detailoriented with strong organisational and analytical skills
  • Familiar with Google workspace collaborative tools
