About the team

TikTok LIVE is committed to creating real-time interactive scenes, As a new form of content, livestream creates value for all parties in the ecology.

Livestream provides users with a unique consumption experience and further generalizes content.

It is also a new way of employment to provide more direct fan interaction and deepen relationships with authors; It provides healthy and objective revenue to the platform and promotes content exclusivity.

It also serves as a "new infrastructure" for the expansion of ecological boundaries.


Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for formulating overall product strategies and plans for livestream user growth, with a focus on increasing the scale and activity level of livestream viewers. This involves optimizing user experience, studying supply and demand ecosystems, and configuring product strategies to achieve business growth objectives.
  • Manage the generalization of live streaming content and audience, including diversifying content and audience, expanding content to meet the needs of unsatisfied user groups, and developing growth strategies for important countries and regions.
  • Conduct in-depth user research and data analysis to gain insights into user behavior and needs. Understand user segmentation and differentiation, and develop corresponding growth strategies based on the characteristics of different user groups.
  • Implement user segmentation management and devise targeted product and marketing strategies for different user segments to improve user loyalty and growth potential.

Qualifications:


Job Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, with 3 years or more experience in userside product management, including experience in platform and strategic product backgrounds, with a preference for experience in traffic strategy and creator strategy.
  • Possess excellent product design and business understanding skills. Capable of identifying and driving solutions to problems through data or processes.
  • Strong logical thinking skills, able to effectively communicate key issues in crossteam collaborations and drive implementation.
  • Demonstrated project management and ability to handle pressure. Capable of understanding various stakeholders' needs and integrating resources to achieve crossdepartment cooperation.
  • Enthusiasm for content products
  • Bonus: Proficiency in SQL, proficiency in using common analysis tools such as R/Python/SAS for data modeling, strong foundation in statistics, and good statistical quantification skills.
