Description

As the IT Infrastructure Lead, you will be responsible to oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of our company's IT infrastructure.

You will need to possess a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

This position will report to both the Head of Infrastructure and Database Administrator.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive IT infrastructure strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
Lead the design and architecture of the company's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage, and cloudbased systems.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure the successful implementation of infrastructure projects.
Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of the infrastructure components.
Provide technical guidance and support to the IT operations team, ensuring the smooth functioning of the infrastructure.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Implement and maintain robust security measures to safeguard the company's data and infrastructure.
Stay updated with industry best practices and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.
Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability testing to identify and address potential risks.
Lead a team of infrastructure professionals, providing mentorship, coaching, and performance evaluations.
Collaborate with other IT teams and departments to ensure alignment and integration of infrastructure solutions.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the infrastructure team.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum 8 years of experience in IT infrastructure design, implementation, and support, with a focus on [specific technologies].
Proven experience in leading infrastructure projects from concept to completion.
Strong knowledge of networking, servers, storage, and cloud technologies.
Proficiency in infrastructure security, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and data protection.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong problemsolving and analytical abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
