Description

Accurately understand and address the system needs of American customers, fostering effective communication and collaboration to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues.

Proficient in the manufacturing execution system (MES) process and operations, capable of designing and implementing MES solutions tailored to customer requirements, and providing technical support and training as needed.
Possess project management skills or relevant certifications, overseeing project progress, resource allocation, and risk mitigation to ensure timely, quality, and withinbudget project completion.

Job Requirements:

Relevant work experience, particularly with American clients,
Background in relevant academic disciplines like computer science, electronic engineering, or related fields.
Strong team player with excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of thriving in a multicultural environment.
