It also offers other services for seniors such as an active ageing hub, senior activity centres, community support for vulnerable seniors, and a sheltered / senior group home. In addition, it runs a chain of dental clinics, and a family medicine clinic.


In this role, you will partner closely with the Programme Administrator to market and run the operations of a newly launched service offering under the Senior Day Care Centre Business Unit.

You will also have the opportunity to work with multiple external agencies and partner various internal departments, such as our Corporate Communications & Branding team to establish and execute a marketing strategy to increase our client numbers for this service, as well as the Senior Day Care Operations team by leading and coordinating the execution of the service's daycare operations.

Marketing Lead

  • Budget, plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase revenue for this service.
  • Refine online marketing plans and marketing collateral in collaboration with our Corporate Communications and Branding team.
  • Increase offline engagement and partnerships with internal stakeholders and external partners to promote the service, including through conducting business development activities and sharing at roadshows etc.
  • Liaise with NTUC Health Care Concierge to manage leads, and follow up with prospective clients to convert leads.
  • Continuously seek improvement by critically assessing the outcome of partnerships/campaigns and providing datainformed initiatives/suggestions.

Operational Support Lead

  • Support the Manager in preparing management reports.
  • Rostering of internal and external vendor duties.
  • Liaising and management of vendors.
  • Support with planning of the programmes and activities.
  • Service coordination management coordinate referral creation, onboarding, Initial Assessment and subsidy checking.
  • Manage client appointments and schedule.
  • Work with the Clinical and Operations Team to ensure service quality level and expectations of clients are met.

Data Analytics and Continuous improvement

  • Analyze customers' data to produce insights for senior management and work to refine the business strategy.
  • Support the Manager in new systems development, developments of SOPs and internal improvement projects.

Qualifications:


  • Degree in any Disciplines or Service Sector disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years experience in roles similar to sales & marketing/ business development/ partnership development
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry and operational experience in community healthcare settings in Senior Care Centres preferred, but not a must
