Description
1. Monitor food cooking machines and make adjustments to the controls for devices such as boilers, ovens, fryers and cookers.


  • Clean and reinstate work stations, operate cooking equipment and dispose of waste following the SOPs.
  • Monitor food processing equipment and report cases of improper functions.
  • Operate equipment and machinery in food production lines.
  • Check food quantities, container formats and materials against production instructions given.
  • Remove the finished product from the production line and push batches to the next step of the process for packaging.
  • Verify that each finished item meets the quality standards of the company by observing the size, shape and luster of each snack item
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:


  • Preferably with experience in F&B sector.
  • Night Shift
  • Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays.
  • Staff Meal will be provided.
