Duties & Responsibilities:
The Bus Service Operations Executive is involved with the planning, controlling and monitoring, and also managing and directing the assigned project resources to best meet project objectives.
Duties include:
- Coordination of daily transport requirements.
- Scheduling and detailing of drivers to perform daily transportation services.
- Management of company's vehicles maintenance and repairs.
- Addressing clients' feedbacks to maintain high level of service to clients
