About this Role:

As a lift technician, you would be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and servicing elevators, escalators, and other vertical transportation systems. In addition to technical tasks, you may also be responsible for communicating with customers, providing them with updates on the status of their repair or maintenance work, and answering any questions or concerns they may have. You may also be responsible for managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed. _
The hiring company offers a competitive salary package, including a monthly base salary of up to $2800 (depending on your working experience) and a monthly fixed allowance of $340. There will also be a transportation allowance and offer AWS (13th month) and variable bonuses. _
To be successful in this role, you should have at least one year of relevant technical working experience in the lift, elevator, and escalator industry. You should also be comfortable traveling islandwide as needed for job sites. _

Your Responsibilities:
-

Routine maintenance tasks (checking, oiling, greasing, adjusting mechanical components)
Troubleshooting and repairing malfunctions or defects
Testing and inspecting safety devices
Recommending and replacing worn or damaged parts
Responding to emergency breakdowns and providing onsite repairs
Maintaining accurate records of maintenance and repair work

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of relevant technical working experience (handson) with lift, elevator, and escalator
Comfortable traveling islandwide as needed for job sites
