Description

Salt is looking for an experienced and results-driven Partner Manager to join our client's team on a 10months contract role.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to other partner managers on partner management and ensuring that programs/projects are completed on time.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with and provide assistance to other partner managers in executing effective partner management strategies
Develop and implement program/project plans and, timelines
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure program/project goals and objectives are met
Manage risks, issues, and changes, and develop mitigation strategies as needed
Monitor program/project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful program/project outcomes
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes as needed
Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
57 years of experience in partner/project/program management, with a proven track record of success
Experience working effectively and crossfunctionally with peers and managers, both internally and externally
Demonstrated experience to operate at scale across multiple teams and initiatives
Strong execution and project management experience and quantitative/analytical skills
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
