Reports to:
General Manager (Commercial)


Requirements:


  • Education Requirements - bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering or Construction
2. 10 years of experience in a similar role


  • In-depth knowledge of Singapore Construction Industry
  • Familiar with current market pricing
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office PowerPoint and other general software
  • Ability to coordinate 2 or 3 tenders concurrently

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Analyse tender documents and understand the needs of the Client
  • Plan and coordinate bid preparation to ensure deadlines are met
  • To review the overall pricing of tenders and ensure the correctness of costing
  • Liaise with other managers/departments to agree on bid details
  • Maintain database for submitted tenders
  • Ability to develop tender strategies
  • Able to present to Management on the basis of offer and pricing
