Description
Responsibilities

  • Manage frontline counter tasks
  • Assist patients/customers, handle billing and cashiering, answer calls, address inquiries, manage patient registration, schedule appointments, and follow up.
  • Monitor all tests & investigations ordered for patients.
  • Perform administrative duties & liaise with relevant parties for patient admission.
  • Aid doctors in consultation and operating room procedures, and with administrative tasks.
  • Conduct splint making (training provided with corresponding incentives).
  • Foster strong patient relationships and ensure quality service delivery.
  • Perform any other necessary duties.

Requirements:


  • ITE Certificate in Nursing / Diploma in Nursing.
  • Registered with Singapore Nursing Board is mandatory.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude and teamoriented mindset.
  • Proactive, capable of multitasking, eager to learn on the job, quick learner.
  • Pleasant demeanor, honesty, and responsibility.
  • Must be comfortable handling blood and wounds.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$3, $3,500.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
