A large Asset management firm is looking for Software Engineering Manager.

You should be an experienced leader with a track record of leading software engineering teams and bringing together different ways of working into one highly effective and efficient team to deliver world class solutions to the business.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with the CTO to lead a team of developers
Review solution architecture and design together with tech leads
Leading team of around 10 members
Drive standards, best practices, and development principles
Manage day to day project delivery across functional teams.
Liaise with local and overseas stakeholders to gather project requirements.
Ensuring quality and timely deliverables

Requirements:

A complete understanding of the Software Delivery Lifecycle and supporting delivery methodologies, including Agile, Lean and Scrum.

trong background in software development, including knowledge of modern programming languages and frameworks (such as serverless,.Net, nodejs, JavaScript, React), software architecture, and agile development methodologies

Experience in the design and implementation of modern cloud architectures (Azure/AWS) that are scalable, reliable, and maintainable
Has good working experience working with python and Azure Data technology stacks will be of advantage
Experience in testing methodologies, including automation
Experience with DevOps and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) operations, tooling

trong technical communication skills to effectively manage a team of software engineers, collaborate with stakeholders and present technical information to non-technical audiences
