Event & Project Manager

  • Possess a Degree in Event Management or related area
  • Min 3 Years of equivalent experience
  • Preferably with working experience in the area of event management, marketing, advertising or sports related organizations
  • Knowledge in the sport of Tenpin Bowling
  • Selfmotivated, resourceful, good interpersonal and a team player
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

Scope:

  • Plan event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives;
  • Formulate suggestions to enhance the event's success;
  • Prepare budgets and ensure adherence;
  • Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers;
  • Be in charge of hiring event personnel (DJs, helpers, etc.);
  • Coordinate all operations for project;
  • Lead promotional activities for the event;
  • Supervise all event & project staff (event coordinators, caterers etc.);
  • Obtain Approval for all aspects before the day of the event;
  • Ensure event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur;
  • Analyse the event's success and prepare pre & post event reports;
  • To market all SBF organized Tournaments / Events / Programmes;
  • To assist with layout, design and production work for brochures / posters / flyers.
  • To source and secure sponsorship for events;
  • Corresponding with Website hosting Company;
  • Responding to Event/ Project related Feedback;
  • Provide other general administrative assistance as and when required;
  • Perform any other duties or responsibilities assigned;
  • Be accountable for the "Confidentiality" of all information of SBF

Salary:
$4, $4,800.00 per month
