Description

Our client is a E-Commerce Industry. They are looking for a Finance Executive to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in East, easy accessible.

Responsibilities:


  • Responsible in handling reconciling and maintaining petty cash & bank balances
  • Responsible in handling reconciling daily sales with the payment gateway platform
Responsible in ensuring monthly settlement of sellers' accounts for sales are reconciled
Responsible in handling suppliers' invoices are keyed correctly into the accounting system on a timely basis
Responsible in checking and proceeding staff claims in accordance with company policy
Responsible in preparing of monthly schedules


Requirements:


  • Min Diploma / Degree with accounting or any relevant field
  • Min 2 years working experience
  • Prior experience working in retail / ecommerce industry is a bonus
  • Prior experience in Xero Accounting system is a bonus
