SUMMARY OF ROLE
As a Customer Service Executive, you will be liaising with the customers to endure operations are in good order, and to ensure timely deliveries schedule.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- You are to ensure daytoday operations are in good order pertaining to Customers' requirements.
- You will be required to handle full aspect of order fulfilment i.e sales order processing, data entry, generating sales quotations etc.
- You will be responsible for full cycle of sales order processing which include generating PO, DO, INV etc.
- You will be required to liaise with customers to ensure timely delivery.
- Any other adhoc duties as per assigned by superior.
RELATED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Minimum requirements
- Minimum Diploma with at least 5 years of relevant working experience
- You will need to be proficiency in MS Office, and has experience with SAP.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to multitask with high level of initiatives
- Detailed oriented
- Ability to track, followup on orders and report on a regular cadence.
