Responsibilities & Duties:


  • Support Deputy Director in planning and coordinating daily operations of Corporate & Development department
  • DaytoDay management of properties
  • Coordinate tenant fitout works, additions and alterations work and reinstatement work
  • Manage maintenance works to ensure the building facilities & equipment are in working condition
  • Manage corporate administrative, regulatory compliance, quality control, inventory control and procurement
  • Liaise and coordinate with contractors for repair and preventive maintenance of facilityrelated equipment
  • Supervise and ensure term contractor carry out the routines and adhoc works in accordance to the Contract
  • Manage complaints and feedback related to building and maintenance
  • To support department with workplace safety & health matters
  • Assisting in ISO auditing/ ConSASS and IMS Document Controller Other adhoc tasks as assigned

Job Requirements & Qualifications

  • Possesses GCE 'A' Level/Diploma in any field
  • Minimum 25 years relevant working experience
  • With experience in Sustainability Facilities Management in build environment
  • Proficient with MS Office such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Software (e

g:
Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro) or equivalent editing software will be an added advantage

  • Selfmotivated, cooperative and able to work independently
  • A good team player with outgoing personality; creative and innovative
  • Relevant certificate in workplace safety & health and/or construction related certificate is preferred
  • Relevant ISO auditor certificates
  • Salary package commensurate with experience
