QA/qc Officer - Singapore - FORTUNE FOOD MANUFACTURING PTE LTD
Description
Responsibilities:
- Incoming OEM & raw materials inspection
- Daily in-process QC inspection at production lines, monitoring of critical control points
- Inspect facilities, equipment, products or production lines to ensure food is prepared according to safety regulations and situational health sections
- Conduct routine microbiological & sensory test on finished products
- Support R&D projects & assist in samples preparation
- Assist in reviewing/maintaining FSSC22000/ISO22000 documentation
- Maintain records related to traceability (raw materials, finished goods inspection, packaging, etc.)
- Conduct fortnightly factory inspection
- Perform monthly monitoring devices verifies (weighing scales, thermometers, etc.)
- Coordinate with pest control company on routine pest control management.
- General duties as required
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Team player with initiative, drive & good communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Power Point)
- Possess positive working attitude
