Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop effective, competitive marketing & eCommerce initiatives leveraging BU portfolio's position in the marketplace and translate initiatives to daytoday tactics for execution
  • Work closely with BU and global eCommerce team to implement eCommerce strategy and grow eCommerce business in the region
  • Build marketing ecosystem in the region with appropriate infrastructure, and track, analyze and report out financial impact of marketing effectiveness
  • Stay abreast of industry trends in the region, digital landscape and new tactics
  • Support other Corporate functions to promote strategic initiatives

Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or Technology
  • Work experience within an industrial B2B market environment
  • Knowledge of website analytics tools, CRM platforms, eCommerce platforms, and an overall datadriven approach to marketing
  • Experience in a cross functional or highly matrixed organization
  • Good time management and problemsolving skills, with the ability to multitask in a dynamic working environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Independent, proactive and selfmotivate
