Main responsibilities:


  • Drive performance management by providing commercial and financial insight
  • Influence senior management in shaping commercial strategies, priorities and delivering outcomes
  • Responsible for full FP&A and works closely with business heads across the regions to develop strategies
  • Lead and oversee P&L budget process including reporting of monthly/quarterly results with variance explanations
  • Develop Long Term Strategic planning to the business including designing financial model to support business continuity and sustainability
  • Increase operating profit by providing business insights through data/advanced analytics and influencing decisions

Main requirements:


  • MBA, Degree in Accounting, CPA/CA with minimum 12 years of experience within the manufacturing or B2B industry
  • Minimum 5 years of regional experience
  • Strong analytical skills to contribute and support strategic and forward thinking
  • Experience effectively in managing a wide range of stakeholders and building relationships
  • Sound written and oral communication skills, strong management and interpersonal skills
