Description
With local landed property main-con expereice- Coordiate with subcontractors and owners
- Initial project setup and setting up project execution planning and managing the process
- Responsible for tender management from development of concept, preparation of tender specification and document to award the projects
- Procurement and scoping of resources, review tenders and plan logistics
- At least 5 years of experience in construction industry and experience as project manager in landed property.
- Degree or Master in civil structure or quantity surviyor are preferred
