Description

Responsibilities:


  • Assist the Head of Operation Projects to establish the Project Management Office (PMO) function within Operations division, defining the PMO's vision, mission, and goals.
  • Develop and implement project management methodologies, standards, and best practices to ensure consistent project delivery and highquality outcomes.
  • Close budget monitoring and reporting.
  • Collaborate with project directors, IT department and other stakeholders to align and agree on the project priority.
  • Provide regular project status reports and presentations to senior leadership, highlighting key milestones, risks, and achievements.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred.
  • Over 5 years of experience in insurance industry or financial institute, extensive knowledge of claims journey digitalisation, health strategy, health initiative implementation will be an advantage.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time, within budget, and according to scope.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in project management software and collaboration tools.
