Description
Prepare Purchase Order to Supplier.

  • Monitor / Follow up delivery times/Invoices from Suppliers.
  • Coordinate in arranging the shipment and also check shipping documents from Supplier. Coordinate with forwarder / Logistic department for shipment.
  • Prepare the Invoices and sending it to Sales / customers. Making sure order is fulfilled with all shipments sent on time and payments paid according to contract.

Requirements:


  • Diploma/Degree Holder; preferably in Engineering / Supply Chain Management/Business
  • Minimum 3 years of knowledge in Logistic and Export Process Working knowledge of SAP system is compulsary
