Description
Our client, one of Asia-Pacific's leading organizations is looking for:

IT Operations Infrastructure Manager

Responsibilities:


  • Manage ICT Infrastructure services in meeting Service Level Agreement and IT Security Standards and Policies
  • Manage ICT Infrastructure Incidents to ensure they are resolved within the Service Level Agreement and develop mitigation measures to avoid having reoccurrence of incidents
  • Develop guidelines, processes and procedures to continuously improve incidents management, escalation and system monitoring
  • Manage ICT Infrastructure contracts and operating budget in meeting the agreed budget utilisation
  • Ensure smooth delivery of technical solutions and meet requirements for high availability, resiliency, scalabilities and security

Requirements:


  • Degree in Computer Science, Computing, Engineering or Information Technology or equivalent with 5 years of relevant experience
  • Certifications with Cloud Service Providers. (e.g. AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect)
  • Relevant experience with using Cloud Service Providers, preferable with AWS experiences
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g. Terraform, Cloud Formation)
  • Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery; Familiar with Security/InfoSec practicesEA License Number: 10C3636
