As a Professional Lead, you will be working in Johnson & Johnson Vision APAC as a key member of the Professional Connected Commerce Team, to drive the Group's ambition to establish disruptive Digital Business Model to reimagine eye health care for wearers and professionals through personalized digitally-connected experiences and precision solutions


This position will need to collaborate with Regional and Market Professional teams to design, develop and implement new innovative digitally connected commerce program that elevate and advance our digital presence, while also bringing J&J closer to our patients and customers.


Main areas of responsibilities:

  • Deliver APAC Vision Care's ambition and our business by driving professionals through personalized, digitallyconnected services for consumer
  • The incumbent will be in charge setting a clear goal & roadmap for professionalrelated digital services in PCC
  • Identify each market environment & regulation, map suitable architype and codesign new services/scheme and enhance existing platform with market and global counterparts.
  • Understand customer needs and shape convincing customer story with market leads to make PCC ecosystem widely accepted among each market's professionals
  • Based on identified roadmap, cocreate and lead the development with BUIT for a seamless endtoend connected ecosystem.
  • Closely work among PCC consumer team to drive seamless experience for consumer via professionals
  • Cocreate with SI&A & IT team a solid Data analytics system & data roadmap which allows both diagnostic & advance analytics.
  • Lead detailed planning with clear KPIs for each bucket of PCC in collaboration with local markets and regional stakeholders.
  • Build a culture of data literacy and datadriven decision making across the organization in partnership with various functions and markets.
  • Give no supervision to others.
  • Under general or minimum supervision, performs duties in terms of stated objectives. Generally works out details within broad guidelines and exercises considerable initiative and judgment.

Qualifications:


Minimum education required for competent performance:

  • Degree in Marketing, Economics, Business or other relevant field
Minimum experience (number of month/years and type of work experience beyond formal education) required for competent performance:

  • 7-10 years of experience of sales or marketing in field of B2B2C model and Customer success through digital product/platform
  • Deep understanding of Omnichannel digital solution and B2B2C business model and how they connect with consumer and professional
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and operating digital programs by leveraging input across multiple lenses; including professional and consumer insight, competitive, market environment
  • Strong team player with good interpersonal skills
  • Selfstarter, independent, consumer and customer focused, resourceful, result oriented and have good followthrough
  • Strong communication, influencing, and relationship building skills
  • Ability to work and adapt in a dynamic environment whilst simultaneously delivering the plan
  • Sales, Customer success experience is plus.
  • Experience in medical industry is plus
