Description

**Our client is an MNC company in the Environmental industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for an EHS Officer to join their EHS team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the West - easily accessible.

Responsibilities:

Craft/Execute comprehensive frameworks and guidelines for Fire Safety and EHS policies, ensuring regulatory compliance
Promote/Drive regulatory compliance from relevant authorities, championing safety and EHS practices
Provide technical and safety advice in areas for engineering, process designs, and procurement
Foster a safetyconscious culture among both internal/external stakeholders, proactively identifying and mitigating workplace hazards with the aim of preventing injuries/illnesses
Organize events/sessions to raise awareness about fire safety and EHS policies All other adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

Minimum Degree in Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety, or other relevant field of studies
Minimum 5 years of working experience in a relevant industry
Possesses a valid registration with MOM as Workplace Safety and Health Officer
Fire Safety Manager Certificate/Qualification will be an added advantage
