A. Qualification**•At least Diploma
- Diligent, Patient, Articulate, Cooperative
B. Skill and Experience Requirement**- Relevant experience working in a similar role within an engineering or project environment
- Ability to work autonomously or with mínimal supervision, and deliver completed work on schedule
- Willingness to document and improve procedure development processes
- Experience delivering M365 projects utilizing an agile delivery approach
- Willingness and capable of learning new technologies required for accomplishing project goals.
- Experience in project implementation, deployment, and troubleshooting.
- Deployment experience with Microsoft cloud solutions. Not limited to Azure VM, Azure migrate, Azure virtual desktop, Intune, Defender and M365 etc
- Deployment experience with DR solutions, Storage and Backup
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Strong technical and analytical skills.
- Network, Server, M365, PC troubleshooting skillset
C. Expected Working Assignment and accountabilities**Interact with clients on site to meet complex requirements of a solution.
- Provide troubleshooting and workaround solutions for software related issues on an ongoing basis to the customer.
- Provide installation, configuration and support for technology solutions based on client requirements.
- Works with project manager to deliver the projects
- Provide customer support and direct quality assurance for all projects
- Provide 24x7 standby duty based on the duty roster to all existing system maintenance customers.
- Enhance customer satisfaction and overall customer relationships and helps leverage these customer relationships within business development efforts.
- To coordinate with customers on the project schedule and manage stakeholder expectation and requirement till the closure of the project.
- To deliver the statement of work proposed by the consultant team and ensure that the design is in accordance to the proposal
- Assist with the daytoday running of the helpdesk
D. Remuneration & benefit
- Salary range 4,200 - 5,200
- Remote work allowance 80SGD/Month
- Medical allowance 600SGD/year (Claim based)
- Medical Insurance allowance 600SGD/year (Claim based)
- Annual medical check up
