Description
**Job Descriptions: Provide full support of HR functions including office administration work and any other HR activities, as follows:

  • Day to day HR operation and administrative support.
  • Administer staff attendance, leave benefits, staff welfare
  • Assists in employee queries regarding claims, benefits, and procedures.
  • Prepare and coordinate employee onboarding/offboarding process.
  • Assists in creating training materials and elearning guides.
  • Maintain and update employee training records.
  • Plan and coordinate recreation and events activities
  • Manage office inventory, update, and maintain records.
  • Backup for all other HR/admin support function
  • Perform any other adhoc duties and projects as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Business/HR Management, or other related disciplines.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • 5day work week
