Description
**Job Descriptions: Provide full support of HR functions including office administration work and any other HR activities, as follows:- Day to day HR operation and administrative support.
- Administer staff attendance, leave benefits, staff welfare
- Assists in employee queries regarding claims, benefits, and procedures.
- Prepare and coordinate employee onboarding/offboarding process.
- Assists in creating training materials and elearning guides.
- Maintain and update employee training records.
- Plan and coordinate recreation and events activities
- Manage office inventory, update, and maintain records.
- Backup for all other HR/admin support function
- Perform any other adhoc duties and projects as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Business/HR Management, or other related disciplines.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- 5day work week
