Attending to the needs of the customer, the Customer Service Executive works with available resources within the organisation to fulfil the customer's requirements and ensures an overall positive experience.

Responsibilities:
Coordinate with internal departments on procurement and logistics
Manage and report on inventory levels
Maintain sales and analysis reports
