Description
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Budget making and periodic monitoring
- Assist to prepare various reporting & presentation material
- Prompt and accurate market information gathering
- Improvement on seamless supply chain management to customers
- Improvement on the logistics cost reductions of YDS.
- Improvement on the demand forecast with his experience in YMC
- Prepare monthly report materials for corporate planning division
- Support for the internal activities such as Rick management (STC, TP, QMS etc)
- Assist cover ratio analysis for YGP
- Assist cover ratio analysis for Yamalube in strategic market
- Assist to set price and prepare for annual price revision
- Play a communication bridge role internally and with HQ.
- Any other job assigned by superior or by the company
SPECIFICATIONS & QUALIFICATION:

Education and Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
Practical Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales and Order Processing
Interpersonal & Social Skills:
Meticulous, Patience
Computer Skills:
Microsoft Word, Excel and Power-point intermediate level
Language Skills:
Japanese Language Proficiency (JLPT) N1 level, English
Other Requirements:
- Proactive in work and able to integrate into the team
- Including technical terms for Marketing, Logistics and Accounting.
