_Job Requirements _

Key Account Management

  • Develop and maintain longterm relationships with key accounts in
    _Beverages, Desserts & Bubble tea Chains ,QSR etc __. _
  • Understand customers' business objectives, requirements, and challenges.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and providing timely solutions.
  • Regularly visit key accounts to strengthen relationships, identify opportunities, and gather market intelligence.
  • Conduct business reviews with key accounts to assess their satisfaction, identify growth opportunities, and address any issues.

Sales and Business Development

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within the assigned key accounts.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Beverages & Foods industry.
  • Present and promote the organization's products and services to key accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as product development and marketing, to tailor solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors' activities, and industry developments to identify potential business opportunities.

Sales Reporting and Analysis

  • Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights on key performance indicators.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Provide input to the sales forecasting process and contribute to the development of sales strategies.

Customer Service and Support

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with customer service and support teams to resolve customer issues and ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to key accounts.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
  • Resultsoriented mindset with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Analytical skills to gather and interpret market data and identify sales opportunities.
  • Able to travel
  • Min O'Level or equivalent & higher qualification are welcome
  • Good command of Chinese and English
  • Fresh Graduates Welcome, any experience also appreciated
  • Good negotiation skill
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

Remuneration

  • Basic $2,200 $3200 (Depends on Experience)
  • Transport provided $750 + Petrol $500 + Phone $8
  • Commission $1,000 ~ $2,200++
  • Individuals with driving license &/or own vehicle will be advantageous

Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
