HR Intern (6 months)

What you will be expected to perform:

Recruitment & Employer Branding:

Handling endtoend recruitment process for selected roles
Crafting and posting job advertisements to attract potential talent
Sourcing for potential talent
Recommend potential talent for job openings
Conceptualizing employer branding and outreach efforts

Employee Engagement:

Support companywide HR initiatives e.g employee engagement events, employer branding initiatives

Learning & Development:

Support company learning and development initiatives and workshop logistics

Compensation & Benefits:

Perform market research and salary benchmarking projects for internal Compensation & Benefits exercise

HR Policy & Operations:

Support change management and internal communications of new policies rollout
Provide administration support of daytoday HR functions and duties

What would be required from you:

Currently pursuing Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management / Business or equivalent
Able to commit for at least 6 months
Keen interest in HR and burning passion for people
