Job Description:
- Schedule and assign specific duties/rolesto cleaners and lead team members toperform hotel room cleaning activities.
- Experience in operating machines usedin cleaning hotel rooms and providetraining to cleaners when necessary.
- Control and monitor the usage ofcleaning materials to avoid or minimizewastage and/or misuse.
- Daily report to operations manager onthe job site situation and be the firstcontact person to handle any complaintsand feedback from hotel guests.
- Inspect hotel rooms upon completion ofcleaning to ensure cleaning standardsmeet hotel requirements.
Job Requirements:
- 1. At least 3 years' relevant experience inhotel room cleaning sector.
- Good working attitude and hardworking,must be physically fit (e.g. able to work atheight and move 20 kgs of weight).
- Able to work during weekends andpublic holidays. Able to alternate betweenmorning and afternoon shift on alternateweek. Able to work overtime as and whenrequired.
- Able to use simple Office Software andwilling to undertake paperwork duties.
- Require long hours of standing andworking in a high pace environment.
- Able to communicate in English &Mandarin for easy daily communicationwith team members.
