Description

Job Description- Manage public relations & partnerships of Brand Awareness as well as the events that we participate or organize.


  • Manage the CSR responsibilities of the Company
  • Ownership and responsibility for all Public Relations, partnerships, events and CSR activities in Singapore.
  • Work with agency to develop interest pieces to maintain brand awareness amongst the public.
  • Work with agency to ensure appropriate response to customer feedback on social channels & forums as well as press queries
  • Engage and maintain collaborations with partners such as joint ventures, shopping malls and marketplaces to keep the company brand as well as the products and services we carry are on the top of mind in the pets community
  • Participate in pets related events, and to ensure these events are operated smoothly and event objectives are met.
  • Facilitate requests for donations and support from various communities, and ensure Company Foundation funds are properly managed and maintained.
