Description
Responsibilities:
Provide full spectrum of secretarial support to Director
Conduct market research and organizational activities on behalf of Director
Assist in business oriented matters
Perform vendor negotiation activities for business needs
In charge of all private and confidential materials of the organization and Director
Schedule internal/external conference meetings and company events
Manage virtual platforms and social media account
Attend to personal matters for Director and family
Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned
Requirements:
Diploma / Degree in any discipline
No experience Needed (Training Provded)
Able to work in fast-paced environment
Comfortable with multi-tasking
Maintains confidentiality and possess sense of urgency
Highly organised, detail-oriented and responsible
