Description

Lead the establishment and management of all digitalization initiatives within the project team.

Responsible for execution of the Digitalization and Automation portion of a multidiscipline Design & EPCm Scope of work.
Responsible for overseeing the delivery of digital platforms, products, and solutions.

Responsibilities & Duties for Project Activities:

Familiar with all Digitalization tools and experience in the use of established commercial software for project implementation and maintenance.
Establish digitalization roadmap for project during Phase 3, 4 and beyond. Communicate this roadmap with key refinery stakeholders and leadership team.
Responsible for design, implementation and maintenance of the project document / information management system.
Ensure correct configuration and reliability of all Document Management System.
Responsible for development of a robust IM work processes and procedures.
Support procurement of IT hardware and software system and take inventory, manage and issue all IT items for project.
Engage Project Leadership on the establishment of Information Management System requirement.
Develop Information Management System software's, modules and installation with customization to support project execution plan.
Develop training material and provide training to Document Control group and Project Team to use the IMS.
Facilitate data handover to Client.
Provide optimal connectivity for onsite and remote site and provides contingency designs for network connectivity.
Develop IT recovery plan.
Provide IMS cost estimates and Users registration.
Closely collaborate with Contractors and refinery stakeholders on all digitalization aspects.

Responsibilities for non-project related work:

Write/Update Corporate Digitalization Procedures as necessary.
Technological Advisor for Digitalization requirement during Proposal, to the Engineering Director and Discipline Leads.
Study, evaluate and develop Proposal Documents and Presentations for the Digitalization based on client's requirements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any Engineering Discipline or equivalent with at least 10 years of Project Digitalization experience in Industrial Major/Mega Projects such as Refinery / Petrochemical / Chemical / Power/Pharmaceutical Plant Projects.

Knowledge, skills and experience:

Familiar with all Digitalization tools and experience in the use of established commercial software for project implementation and maintenance.
Familiar with multi discipline activities to coordinate with Digitalization activities.
