Description
Service Management role for customer interfacing- Customer liasing
- Work with internal teams on processes and problem solving
- Should have good understanding of Singapore Tax Localization and regulatory requirements.
- Should possess integration knowledge of other modules like FI, SD, and MM
- Should have good understanding of SAP best practices
- Should be an expert in creating project documentation, Training material and Test Scipts
- Should have experience in conducting Key user training, preparing data/exercises for hands on training and devise training assessment tests for evaluation after training.
- Should be well versed with various types of testing like Unit Testing, System Integration testing, User Acceptance Testing, Operational readiness Testing etc.
- Must be proficient in handling Issues, support functions.
