Description
AccountsAssist with daily accounts including AR, AP and GL
- Perform dataentries and handle daytoday operations of accounting and ensure accurate and uptodate financial records
- Filing of GST return
- Prepare management account monthly
- Monitoring outstanding invoices and following up with client payment
- Prepare Purchase Orders, Delivery Orders and Invoices
- Undertake any adhoc duties as assigned by the Director
- Manage monthly payroll including processing overtime hours, and timely submission of all statutory payments
- Handle recruitment and resignation and manage staff onboarding and exiting processes
- Manage leave administration, medical insurance and work injury compensation
- Process staff claims
- Prepare minutes for monthly general meeting
Requirement:
- Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or equivalent
- Good interpersonal & communication skills with proactive attitude.
- Diligent, detailoriented with a positive attitude.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Able to take instruction and direction and deliver work timely and accurately.
- A selfstarter and fast learner who is able to multitask.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office (Excel, Word)
- Able to start immediately or within short notice will be an advantage
