Accounts

Assist with daily accounts including AR, AP and GL

  • Perform dataentries and handle daytoday operations of accounting and ensure accurate and uptodate financial records
  • Filing of GST return
  • Prepare management account monthly
  • Monitoring outstanding invoices and following up with client payment
  • Prepare Purchase Orders, Delivery Orders and Invoices
  • Undertake any adhoc duties as assigned by the Director
Human Resource

  • Manage monthly payroll including processing overtime hours, and timely submission of all statutory payments
  • Handle recruitment and resignation and manage staff onboarding and exiting processes
  • Manage leave administration, medical insurance and work injury compensation
  • Process staff claims
  • Prepare minutes for monthly general meeting

Requirement:

  • Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or equivalent
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills with proactive attitude.
  • Diligent, detailoriented with a positive attitude.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Able to take instruction and direction and deliver work timely and accurately.
  • A selfstarter and fast learner who is able to multitask.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft office (Excel, Word)
  • Able to start immediately or within short notice will be an advantage
