[What the role is]
The National Arts Council seeks a Partnership Manager to work in its Visual Arts Division, to provide support in the lead-up and execution of Singapore Art Week (SAW) 2025.
- Coordinate and liaise with various artists, arts groups and stakeholders.
- Engage with various stakeholders in both the arts and nonarts industries for example, artists, business owners, venue owners, etc.
- Manage multiple travel itineraries for individuals with differing interests.
- Coordinate and liaise with professionals and government agencies.
- Assist in procurement matters in the lead up to SAW 2025.
- Contextual knowledge of Visual Arts institutions and organisations internationally.
- Background / experience coordinating and liaising with professionals and government agencies.
- Possess strong communication skills and can engage with various stakeholders in both the arts and nonarts industries for example, business owners, venue owners, etc.
- Good negotiation skills, clarity in communication, versatile.
- Experience with government procurement is a plus.
- Able to work independently and learn quickly on the job.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint; photoshop and illustrator is a bonus.
