Our client, a global food & beverage ingredients supplier and solutions provider is hiring for a Senior Application Technologist/Manager (Dairy) based in Singapore.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Business Lead, you will be responsible for developing technical capabilities and acquiring knowledge pertaining to the company's functional ingredients and using them to formulate dairy and dairy alternative products.

You will also work closely with the commercial team to come up with new prototypes that addresses the market needs, conduct technical presentations/trainings and provide technical support to customers and distributors, when required to support the business in Asia Pacific.

Requirements:

You would need to have at least a Bachelor's Degree in Food Science/Technology, or a related field, with minimum 8 years of experience in the food industry.

Experience in ingredients and dairy product formulation (e.g. UHT dairy beverage, yogurt, whipping cream etc.) is a must. Prior experience in a customer-facing product development role is highly regarded. You should also be willing to travel when required.
