Family office assistant
As a Family Office Assistant, you would play a critical role in supporting the daily affairs of the stakeholder's family, as well as the financial and administrative operations of the family office.
Responsibilities:
- Data management: You would be responsible for managing and organizing data, including financial information and banks information.
- Bookkeeping and accounting: You may be responsible for maintaining the family office's financial records, including bookkeeping and reconciling bank statements, monthly balance sheet and P&L. Prepare monthly treasury reports on a timely basis.
- Communication with the stakeholders: Maintain open and effective communication with stakeholders, providing updates and information as needed.
- Administrative support: Handle the needs of the family, such as coordinating appointments, running errands, and organizing events.
- Maintaining and managing bank relationship and client relationship.
- Assist in managing foreign currency exposure and processing of FX settlements.
- Other adhoc jobs where necessary.
Requirements:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant field of study.
- Analytical and meticulous with numbers.
- Patient and high level of attention to details.
- Strong organizational skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion is also essential.
- Selfmotivated and strong learning ability.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Bilingual in English & Mandarin.
- Working experience in family office is better.
