Summary:


As sales trainer, you will be providing training needs, communicate training standards and expectations to enrich the commercial teams across Asia Pacific region to better meet the needs of the existing business.


Responsibilities:

As a key member for the Commercial organization, your main commitments are, but not limited to:
Design, develop and deliver training and coaching programs to meet the training needs of the sales force using different methodologies

Build and strengthen rapport with stakeholders to appreciate training needs, communicate training standards and expectations and facilitate transfer of classroom learning to the workplace

Structures training plans to meet business objectives

Manage and execute all aspects of trainings which includes soft skills and product knowledge

Evaluate the overall effectiveness of training interventions (KPI) thru observation of sales encounters and collects feedback, results, and performance data of trainees after sessions


Requirements and Qualifications:

Relevant Sales Experience.

Strong analytical skills to be able to analyse information and sales performance to make decision on training needs.

Good decision-making skills to determine the best way to address gaps in training or areas for improvement.

Effective communication and organizational skills to work with the team and develop effective training materials.

Basic computer skills to produce training materials, assessment, and document discussions.

Interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders
