Responsibilities:
- Review operation documents to ensure they are kept up to date with the latest regulations and industry practices.
- Guide the principals to ensure school compliance and commitment to ECDA Childcare Regulatory standards and licensing requirement.
- Conduct compliance briefing for new principals.
- Conduct safety, hygiene and quality checks on school at least once a year.
- Manage and lead qualityrelated projects that will improve the schools' process.
- Be the main point of contact working with the Branch Directors under the Licensee programme.
- Monitor and raise any quality/ licensee related matters/ disputes to the management team.
- Protect the intellectual property rights of the licensee and ensure proper documentation and return of intellectual property upon termination.
- Reporting to the Head of Quality.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Early Childhood/Education
Minimum 3 years and above of experience in the preschool industry:
- Ability to empathise and communicate with employees of all levels;
- Ability to be flexible operationally to meet the needs of a multicultural, diversified, and fastgrowing organisation.

Queenstown
Working Hours:
Mon
- Fri 9.00am 6.00pm
Salary:
$5,000 - $5,800
