What to Expect:

Strategize project management and coordination for various initiatives, highlighting interdependencies.
Finance Monitoring: Monitor project finances, track expenses, and ensure adherence to budget
Constraints; Collaborate with the finance department to manage project funding and
Expenditure; Regularly review and reconcile projectrelated financial records; Ensure accurate accounting of project costs and revenue.
Procurement: Crafting and managing procurement for the product team, which includes Purchase Order (PO), and follow up on billing and invoices.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively manage and monitor risks throughout the project.
Security Updates: Coordinate security assessments and implement necessary updates to management.
Product Updates: Oversee the planning and execution of product updates and releases; Coordinate crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless updates.
Presentation: Prepare and deliver projectrelated presentations to stakeholders, team members, and management.
Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with project stakeholders, including team members, senior management, and external partners. Provide regular updates on project status, milestones, and issues.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and uptodate project documentation, including project plans, schedules, status reports, and risk assessments.
