Description
Communicate and liase closely with internal and external departments to ensure smooth deliveries and resolve arising issues in a timely manner- Support the team in processing of customer orders, arranging shipment, preparing shipping documents for Singapore and export shipment
- Liaising with factories to ensure timely delivery of stock and ensuring PO accuracy before entry into system
- Coordinate and correspond to customer/sales on the sales order status
- Adhoc duties assigned
Job Requirements
- At least 1 years of work experience as a Logistics Operations Assistant or similar role
- A minimum requirement of a Diploma or its equivalent in Supply Chain or Logistics
- Freight knowledge preferred
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Applications
- Good analytical and problemsolving skills
- Able to work well independently as well as in a team
- Preferable able to start work immediately
