Position summary


As the Southeast Asia Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing market access strategies to ensure the successful launch of our accounting franchise and professional network, focusing Singapore, China (including Hong Koing) and Taiwan.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including accounting, business valuation, corporate secretarial, market access and taxation, to develop market access plans that meet the needs of stakeholders and drive revenue growth.

**Key Responsibilities

Qualifications & Experience

  • Master's degree in a related field, such as accounting and finance and business administration
  • At least 5 years of experience in market access or financerelated industry
  • Demonstrated knowledge on operating franchise business model.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels, particularly communicating in Chinese
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a crossfunctional team environment
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively to develop innovative solutions
  • Preferably held position of top management in Singapore, China, Hong Kong or Taiwan

Travel Required

  • 20% in Southeast Asia
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase number of franchisees or professional in Singapore, China, Hong Kong and Taiwan.
  • Establish national and regional accounts with key customers in the assigned market.
  • Provide insight to internal stakeholders on market access opportunities, trends and challenges. Identify and develop new business opportunities with relevant stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, decision makers, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze competitive activity, pricing, reimbursement trends, industry regulations and product positioning in the assigned market.
  • Prepare marketing materials and sales presentations.
  • Participate in market research activities including market surveys, customer focus groups, etc.
  • Provide input into the development of commercial strategies for existing and new products.
  • Participate in product launches and meetings with customers, industry peers and other stakeholders.
