Description

Responsibilities:


  • Effective submission of Method statements approvals to be coordinated/reviewed by the relevant team before the commencement of work
  • Monitor, coordinate, and supervise all architectural work on site
  • Liaise and coordinate closely with archi team on submission status of materials and shop drawing approvals
  • Coordinate, monitor, and control Architectural subcontractor's progress and quality of works
  • Coordinate and work closely with archi team in solving technical and detailing issues of Architectural works as per site condition
  • Attend Project coordination meetings if necessary
  • Conduct inspections (e.i. with RTO) to ensure workers are carried out according to contract specifications, codes of practices, and safety regulations
  • Any other duties as assigned

Requirements:


  • Diploma/Bachelor of Science in Architectural or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of working experiences in construction supervision of architectural works specifically for MRT projects
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with subcontractors' and engineers
