Outlet Service Crew
Responsibilities:

Job description
This position of outlet service crew consists of supporting the operations of the company. You will be working closely with the outlets team leaders. Staff report directly to directors.

Operations
Performing outlet set-up prior operation hours and clean-up towards the end of the day.

Maintain outlet, equipment and utensils cleanliness as according to the company's standard of procedures (SOP).

Adhere to workplace safety practices as according to the company's SOP such as fall, electrical and burn prevention measures.

Adhere to personal and food hygiene standards as according to the company's SOP.

Deliver quality products to customers as according to the company's SOP.

Learn and grasp all 4 Steps of Putu Piring & Rojak Station.

Work hand in hand with the team and form a family-like work culture to prevent conflicts.

Customer service
Exhibit tactfulness and professionalism towards customers at all times.

Ensure proper work etiquette at all times.

Sales
Able to handle cash register, POS system or e-kiosks to punch in sales

Call out to customers to boost sales and upselling of products

Work under broad direction
To accept additional responsibilities assigned by outlet leader, supervisor and director.
