My client is a leading pharmaceutical company with a portfolio of innovative products that are making a positive impact on patients' lives.

They are looking for an experienced and results-driven
Marketing Director to lead their marketing team and develop and execute their marketing strategy.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Leading the development and execution of the marketing strategy for complete product portfolio, ensuring alignment with overall business goals
  • Developing and managing marketing budgets to achieve business objectives.
  • Building and leading a highperforming marketing team, coaching and developing team members to achieve their full potential.
  • Collaborating closely with crossfunctional teams, including sales, medical, and regulatory, to ensure successful product launches and ongoing marketing campaigns.
  • Conducting market research to identify key customer insights and develop marketing programs that resonate with target audiences.
  • Utilizing data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing programs and make datadriven decisions to optimize marketing spend and improve business results.
  • Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our marketing strategies and tactics

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing or a related field
  • Minimum of 810 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role
  • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and regulatory environment
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies that drive business results.
  • Experience managing budgets and delivering against financial targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and developing highperforming teams.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with crossfunctional stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and use insights to inform marketing strategies.
