Description
Responsibilities
- Prepare shift schedules and overseeing restaurant staff performance, ensuring quality dining.
- Monitor compliance with safety and hygiene regulations.
- Ensure all daily activities run smoothly and efficiently.
- Gather guests' feedback and recommend improvements to our menus.
- Supervise kitchen and wait staff and provide assistance, as needed.
- Manage and store vendors' contracts and invoices. Keep detailed records of daily, weekly and monthly costs and revenues.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years experience in F&B, preferably with managerial experience
- Possess high standard of customer service and willingness to learn
- Got hygiene certificate preferred
- Able to cope with fastpaced environment
- Be available to work within opening hours, including weekends and holidays
