Description
Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Direct delivery drivers to the correct unloading station
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
  • Provide pricing and delivery information
  • Perform customers refunds or exchange
  • Assist to set up new customer accounts (mobile apps)
  • Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated department
  • Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
  • Record details of actions taken
  • Manage administration
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
  • Follow up on customer interactions
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
  • Perform any other adhoc duties assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Secondary/ GCE 'N'/ 'O' level with basic computer knowledge
  • At least 23 years of working experience in retail (supermarket/mínimart) operations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in dealing with internal and external party
