Description

Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.

Job Responsibilities:

Direct delivery drivers to the correct unloading station
Handle and resolve customer complaints
Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
Provide pricing and delivery information
Perform customers refunds or exchange
Assist to set up new customer accounts (mobile apps)
Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated department
Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
Record details of actions taken
Manage administration
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
Follow up on customer interactions
Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
Perform any other adhoc duties assigned

Job Requirements:

Minimum Secondary/ GCE 'N'/ 'O' level with basic computer knowledge
At least 23 years of working experience in retail (supermarket/mínimart) operations
Strong interpersonal and communication skills in dealing with internal and external party
