Customer Service Officer - Singapore - HAO MART PTE. LTD.
Description
Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.Job Responsibilities:
- Direct delivery drivers to the correct unloading station
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
- Provide pricing and delivery information
- Perform customers refunds or exchange
- Assist to set up new customer accounts (mobile apps)
- Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated department
- Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
- Record details of actions taken
- Manage administration
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
- Follow up on customer interactions
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
- Perform any other adhoc duties assigned
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Secondary/ GCE 'N'/ 'O' level with basic computer knowledge
- At least 23 years of working experience in retail (supermarket/mínimart) operations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in dealing with internal and external party
